I can’t usually be bothered to leave reviews online : but this time really wanted to, as I have been truly impressed by Slav And Anna of JSA Cars Blackpool, going above and beyond what I would expect and I hope I can help reassure any future customers wondering if they will deal with them. We needed to replace a Volvo car due to forthcoming ULEZ changes in SE London where we live. The type of car we were looking for required us to travel a long distance due to scarcity. Having found Slav was selling one online, I phoned, we talked about it, and given an over 5 hour drive one way to get to him, without being able to see it, I paid a deposit to secure it. With some trepidation, we travelled up from London, what if the car wasn’t as we’d hoped? He pointed out any slight defects in the car from the outset, his patent honesty was extremely reassuring. Nothing transpired we weren’t expecting. Slav took us for a long test drive with no pressure to reassure ourselves, along the Blackpool front which we hadn’t seen before, and his warmth and honesty made him refreshingly easy to deal with. Nothing about the car was a surprise except it was in even better condition that I’d have imagined it could have been. He gave us a lot of time, and the car was excellently prepared, just what we’d been looking for at a very fair price. We did a deal where he took our car in part exchange, again at a fair price. Anna and he could not have been friendlier and more welcoming. We had problems paying the balance due to our bank creating problems for the card payment and after a few phone calls, the transaction was made and we went on our way. First thing the following morning, Slav phoned as he’d seen somehow the transaction went through twice, showing in his bank account before we were aware, and he wanted to alert me he had to return the money immediately. Within minutes it was returned, and was a testament to his innate honesty. How many companies would wait till we'd noticed and phoned them? We noticed a couple of days later somehow the cover for a fuse box was missing, so I gave him a ring, in case he had it at the garage. I would imagine an honest mistake at some garage in the near past, that might have been nothing to do with him. Without a moment’s hesitation despite being unaware of this, he took my word for this, immediately offered to and ordered a replacement main dealer new part, and is posting it. I cannot imagine any garage I’ve ever dealt with before (and I am 55!) behaving in such a friendly honourable way nor as swiftly. Slav and Anna give car salespeople a very good name-I can honestly recommend them as being outstanding and without hesitation would buy another car from them despite the overhead for me of having to drive up from London to collect it.

Went to pick up a mercedes with my sister last night and was pleasantly suprised with the condition of car and then we was greeted by Slav himself, who is just the lovliest down to earth guy. No bullcrap when it came to the car and he was so helpful with everything. Very professional and friendly. We went inside to sort out the paperwork with his wife, whom is also very lovely. Also made my day being greeted by their little dog too???? It was all very well put together and we couldnt have been happier with the car and service! Thankyou so much. JSA cars were the easiest and most helpful car company I've ever dealt with. Owner personally picked me up from train station as I travelled from Scotland, sent well detailed videos of car before I travelled highlighting any bad points which I appreciated they didn't hide anything they were honest and trustworthy and nowadays that's hard to find.
